Benepath Sales Leads Scam Internet

This company is running a scam for sales leads for the Insurance industry. Their leads are expensive and worthless. Contacts are obviously not qualified, most dont even speak English even in the unlikely event that they will even answer the phone. Bad leads are supposed to be replace3d, but never are. They say that your account will be credited. All this does is perpetuate the scam because they keep charging your credit card. Stay away from these thieves.

At Benepath, we provide full credit for any lead that does not have valid information. The individual who posted this received full credit on all of his leads.
This person received received full credit with only 3 exceptions. He filed returns for bad information that were not accurate as we called and spoke to each of the leads we sent him.
He filed two returns out of 47 leads for an inability to speak English and he received full credit on the leads. It should be noted, that he was taking leads from south Florida, which has a significant hispanic population.
His comment about us continuing to bill his credit card is extremely misleading. We bill our customers weekly for the leads they received in the prior week, less their approved returns. So any charges he incurred were for leads he signed up, no more and no less.
Finally, this individual was terminated from our lead program because his credit card declined and he was unable to make payment.
He still has an open balance due to our company for the leads he received and did not return for credit.
