Benepath False advertising and promises Pennsylvania Internet

In all of our records, we do not have a customer named "Andy", "Andrew", or "Drew" who is out of Orlando, Florida.

We have one customer named Andy who is out of California who has not paid over $2000 of invoices, but he never calls us back. The other people with this name include a current client, a client who recently termed to move to medicare leads and wants to come back in January, and one who termed in February of this year.

Further, we have not changed our agreement at any time without proper notice to our customers which allows them to cancel if they do not accept the new terms. The only change we have made to date is the addition of a late payment penalty to our agreement.

We do require a four week test and we now require two weeks notice to cancel, which we make very clear at all phases of the sales process and the customers sign an agreement which clearly states that they want to go ahead with the test.

It appears that this rebuttal may be coming from a competitor as they clearly endorse a competitor in this space.
