Benifical Finance ripoff deceptive company Visalia California

I am talking about Beneficial Finance of California. This company helped us get tangled up in signing a 5 yr. pre-payment penality on our first and second mortgage with them with the understanding that after we paid two years faith fully that they would renagotiate the interest on both our loans. After numerous calls, trips to the office and many tries, no-one wanted to help us. So, we thought, ok, we will put up our antique car pink slip to pay off the second on out house and try to re finance the first else where at a lower interest rate. Well, after hagaling about paying a 2300 dollar pre payment on our second and then tried to refinance our first..Beneficial tacks on a 9400 pre payment penalty on top of our pay off of our first so no finance company can help us re finance!! So, needles to say, we are now selling our home to get out and away from these people that say one thing to you to give you a long and don't hold up their end to fix the other!! Needles to say, we are only walking away from our sell of our home with 3200 dollars because of this god awfull 9300 pre payment they are taking on. All we can say, is everyone please stay away from Beneficial because they do not stand up to their words according to contracts.
