Yes we were indeed lied to and ripped off our house interest was supposed be at 9% but end up being 11.2% I kepted asking him at closing that it looked like 11.2 he said know that is just part of the way they word it for the year its 9% don't worry.They had both presentages in the writing of it to confuse us. and then we were talking about building up stairs. My kids had moved in with us. We need new appiances and a living room suit to fit all of us. so he was tell us about the great special they have for their home owners. A signature loan that would not be conected to the house. and it was better than a credited card. or equity loan. it was 18% but it was figured totally different than a credit card that we could pay it off real fast. ya right 2 monthes after i spent the money we got our first bill. 296.dollars in interest every month there after too. the balance is still over 20,000.00 dollars do to the insurance. we have gotten the house refinanced this luckly. but still stuck with the personal loan. we paid them nearly 14,000.00 in interest just in one year.
