We have nothing but trouble with HSBCBeneficial for years now. I lost my job and husband is on disability and applied for hardship got it and first 6 months went fine. But after that it went to hell. Applied again and sent in 2 trial payments they ask for then started getting calls that we need to make trial payments. Told them that we already have and they would say that yes i see you did, but when we get statements it shows a whole different story. Finally ask for payoff and like to have had a heart attack when they sent the letter telling us what it was.It was as much as it was when we first took out the loan and mind you we have been paying on this place for 14 years. Figured it up and have already paid the over 100,000. and it is just a double wide trailer. Cant get them to send you anything. Lied about the short term sale. Call them 10 times a day get someone different everytime you call and get 10 different answers to the same question. I dont think any of them know what the heck they are doing. Have had it with these people.
