Benihana Benihana refusing to honor valid gift cards. They keep the money than reuse to let you redeem the card. Not even claiming anything is wrong with gift card card Aventura Florida

Benihana is flat out refusing to accept my valid gift cards for no apparent reason.  They are not claiming a credit card charge back, defunded card, zero balance,  or anything that would cause a gift card not to work. Rather they are saying  " Benihana restaurants  does NOT accept gift cards purchased from Third Party Resellers. So there is no statement that there is anything whatsoever is wrong with the gift card. This is being done for spite because they are upset gift cards were not obtained directly from them. It honestly does not matter as long as the gift card has money on it. They can't deny a gift card because I gifted it to my grandmother, company employee or gave it to as a tip or bonus to someone who helped me. If the cards is valid they need to accept it. Benihana accepted money in return to issue a  gift card to be used at a later date. They have accepted the money but refuse to honor their side of the agreement. If they are keeping the money and not honoring the gift card, this is absolutely criminal thieft and outright fraud.
