Yet another victim has stepped forward and wipping the Stanley Mosk courthouse with Bennet Kelley the liar who had to move the court case against Khama A. out of Santa Monica after stern warning from the City Attorney Terry White about using the courts for legal Harassment.  Hey Bennet how much money is bankrupt Scott Pummell paying you to harass Khama?   It's probably nothing you get off harassing her, asking her to dinner then having your dingbat wife illegally deliver your fake filings.   They are on to you Bennet Gerard Kelley.  There isn't one judgment you can show that proves a damm thing about the people you target.   Folks Bennet Kelley writes hit stories on people that he is paid to do, or does it because in his crazy head he thinks it promotes his internet law center which is a joke.  Bennet Kelley didn't start the Internet Lawyers Association 20 years ago, those attorneys are great ethical people not self promoting themselves and harassing people.   You smear people's names and families and in California you will get absolutely no where Bennet Kelley.   Instead of showing your fake court documents you file show the actually judgment or ful story of your sad smear campaigns.  Bennet Kelley was so bad at smearing when he worked on the Clinton Campaign they asked him to take down the slanderous BushLies.net which he did and then distanced himself from the party that wants nothing to do with Bennet Kelley the clown.   Now 10 years later he is still pushing the book Bush Lies you can get it for $1.99 on amazon, it's a literary work of a genius (sigh)  

Bennet Kelley's current victim is representing herself pro se against Bennet Kelley and kicking his arse all over Stanley Mosk Courthouse.  The recipe for winning is simple, the more Bennet tells lies the more you tell the truth.  Said ambulance chaser has Leukemia yet choses to live his last days as a miserable sad troll of the courts and Internet, that will probably be disbarred before the end of the year.   

Bennet Kelley is also a sore loser he loses in court all the time and then decides to write his own fake stories, he is a liar about his own "career" it's non-existant, he is not a well known attorney in Los Angeles.  Besides harassing regular people that he loses to, Bennet Kelley has set his hatred on President Donald Trump who beat Bennet's Hillary Clinton to a pulp.  Bennet wasted no time and to date has written over 25 smear aritlces on President Donald Trump and over 300 tweets smearing the President of the United States.   Well we all know Bennet Kelley would be a great president (LMAO)  just because he says so right?   Bennet Kelley is being investigated by the California Bar Association.

Bennet you are wrong, you have a lot more people that want you out of business than you undersant.  Ripoff Report knows that you and Michael Roberts of Rexxfield are trying to take them down.  You are also illegally performing Google cide Darren Meade has nicely outlined this. 

If Bennet Kelley was such a hot shot internet attorney, he would take Ripoff Report to court and remove these comments.  Oops he has already tried and epic failure.  Think about it, he is a self proclaimed successful internet attorney who cannot even take down these comments.  Why?  Because you can't stop truth.

Bennet Kelley is a failure at law, or creating his psuedo laughable law firm (a one man show) with such false claims as "We wrote the book on Cyber Law" Mr. Bennet Gerard Kelley has been exposed for his online fraud and local court rooms and District Attorney offices grow tired of his paltry and baseless claims.  He lost his child trafficker clients case without so much of a summary judgment so his next resort was to use his hatchet stlyle and try to destroy the reputation of the defendant.  Bennet Kelley thought that filing baseless claims in federal court (causes of action all unactionable) it would financial bankrupt or harm the defendant.  Not so folks, the defendant represented herself for 15 months and her past insurance company paid for the last 5 months with an excellent and high powered law firm...dancing circles around the 1 man dog and pony show of Bennet Kelley.

Bennet Kelley is not a "super star internet attorney" as his amateur self marketing would have you believe.  He is nothing more than an online criminal using his law license to perform Identity Theft, which was the basis for him being fired at Value Click and their FTC fine for $2.8 million.  While you are at it- please research the amount of distrust and contempt fellow Attorneys have for this sad joke of a walking billboard for himself.  

Mr. Bennet Kelley is not among the top Internet Attorneys in the USA, he is a liar.  Armed with a free radio talk show blog and his snarky entries on Huffington Blog, it is doubtful his online antics will ever lead to a paying job.  Hopefully he hasn't spent the $209,000 in legal fees he fleeced out of a human trafficking client, Hopscotch Adoptions.  It's not like we all don't know about International Adoptions and why they have decrease 70%.  Human trafficking is such an ugly but lucrative business.

Mary Dagan Foxman, Galan Williams, Vanessa Cahadurian, Vanessa Kachaduria, Vanoush Khatachdurian, Vanessa J. Kachadurian, and VS Kachaduria) of Fresno, California.

Kachadurian was denied the adoption of a child in the mid-2000s because she falsified and failed to disclose information on the application. The result of this denial began an ongoing harassment campaign by Kachadurian against several adoption agencies, one of which Mr. Kelley represented.

Kachadurian was arrested on October 11, 2011 in San Francisco for making terrorist threats – Penal Code (PC) 19057, Battery – PC 04134, and on an Outstanding Warrant – PC 62050.  The SFPD police report number is 110-861-552.  Available upon request to the SFPD.

In a separate incident, Kachadurian was again arrested on June 24, 2012 in Fresno, CA for Obstructing and resisting arrest by a Peace Officer – PC 148 (a)(1), Simple battery – PC 242, and Battery on a police officer – PC 243(b).  The Fresno PD police report number is 10-075233.  Available upon request to the FPD.

In addition to her arrests, Restraining/Protective Orders have been issued to protect individuals that she has assaulted or harassed in relation to the adoption denial harassment case and the assault case in Fresno.
