In October '06 I ordered an expresso machine which at the time was advertised in many magazines as well as TV. The only charge was to be the shipping, however, after club membership charges, etc. my bill came to $136.50. This also inlcuded approximately the equivalent of 30-60 demitasse size coffees. The coffee did not come with the original order and I had to call almost daily, and that took several months.

I was able to connect with whom I believed to be one of the owners who helped me. His name is Mr. Nassar. Of late, he canot be reached.

On April 4th of 07 I ordered $25.00 worth of coffee and paid with a personal check. My check cleared on April 15th but I never received my order.I have been given the runaround for 6 weeks with stories about back orders and the like. In the meantime all the phones are disconnected except the following: 212-575-0500 which appears to be a New York number, while the coffee seems to come from Connecticut - and that phone is disconnected.

I might add that when the pot was first ordered I was told that it can be used with any coffee. This was a lie as the only coffee that can be used are special little pod things. This company is clearly scam artists.
