We purchased a puppy from here 2 months ago. The second day we had the puppy around midnight he started to cough and gag and throw up a white foam. I took him to the emergency vet by my house to have him looked at. He had an xray done to ensure it wasn't pneumonia. He wound up being diagnose with kennel cough. My bill came out to over $360. When purchasing the puppy you receive paper worm about a "puppy lemon law" which states that if the puppy is diagnose with a respiratory problem that you can submit the bill and paper work from the vet ton the store within 10 days of purchase and they will refund you your money within 14 days. They do not refund for x rays though. I delivered the vet bill and paper work to the store on October 31 and got a refund of only $47.25 which covered only the prescription on November 22, 23 days after I sumbmitted the paper work. I called to ask why the emergency vet charge wasn't covered and they told me "because you are supposed to take the dog to the vet within 10 days of purchase". That is bs! I had to rush the dog to the emergency vet because they can't keep their store disease free and I had to pay for the whole thing. Another thing, the staff here are all very rude. If you ask them a question they act like it is a huge inconvenience for them to even be talking to you. I can't say that I regret going to this place because I love this puppy with all my heart but I definitely regret having to have dealt with those scumbags. I would avoid this place at all costs if I were you.
