Bentley Travel, Five Points Travel, Dream Vacations International This company accepted my money and did nothing in return Newark, Delaware

After reading other complaints at this site it should suffice to say that we are in the same situationas everyone else.  We paid a large amount of money and were unable to get DVI to make good on the promised incentive of free air travel for attending the seminar.  The first trip we tried to book was a cruise.  The "discounted" price they quoted was higher than we were quoted by the cruise line via the internet.  When this was pointed out their representative said she would get back to me.  I waited about a week and called her back, only to get a promise of another callback, which never came.  We ended up booking the cruise ourselves.  Now we realize that this was a total rip-off, but don't know where to turn for resolution.  Anyone out there have any good suggestions?
