My son fianlly got moved from the Benton County Jail to Texakana AR,,,but the Benton County jail sure had some words with the Benton county deptuy as all the inmates had all there wrist cut up as well as there legs,, the Warden took photos of the way the inmates was treated,,,there are laws that you can not treat a dog like this, so how can it be right for the cops to do this to people?????
could somone please help me try to get something done able the way Benton County Jail treats inmates in transport?? please
