BERGER & COMPANY PUBLISHING - A WARNING

TELESALES SCAM

Berger & Company present themselves as a legitimate telesales publishing company in the style of Tollys, GEE etc and offer to send reports on various H & S, personnel and other business matters on free approval. Their sales people sound genuine and can be quite determined. They rarely mention the price.

When the reports arrive they are of such poor quality that they are ignored as junk mail or returned by ordinary post.

Berger will then adopt aggressive tactics to secure payment for the reports, which are usually priced around 3-400 each.

Two of our companies have been victims of their tactics.

Please warn your staff to treat calls from Berger & Company with great suspicion.
