Berges Law Group Claimed to provide a service that was never provided Ft. Lauderdale Florida

 As of July 2013 to present I have paid you the sum of $1062.60 ($37.95 per month) plus the $1378.50 that was transferred from my Escrow account with Zuma Legal Services only to receive monthly phone calls to “Update” me on my accounts which have consisted of asking if I have been notified by the creditor and if so to please use the log that was provided to me.  I have told your service representatives every call that calls have not been an issue for several years as these account are old and when I asked why there is nothing being done about these accounts I am told in a very unprofessional response that they are waiting to hear from the creditors in a way that to me very argumentative so with this I see no reason to continue communication with your customer service staff.  I also find it very unprofessional that I have never received copies of signed & notarized Service Agreement and since I have never received the copies I do not find this agreement to binding.

As of the end of August they had told me they would not longer be debiting my account for the monthyly fee which was a lie.  In checking my account today 9/21/15 they had debitied my account.  I have requested my bank dispute this and have contacted a lawyer in FL to try to get all of or part of my money retunred.

If you are seeking help with credit issues please, please, please do not contact Berges Law Group they are nothing but full of crap and will drag this processs out for as long as they can.  I reccomned ZUMA Legal services.
