I am filing a lawsuit with this company. They are in violation of unauthorized use of my credit card. "ALICIA" is suppose to be a supervisor and she is very rude and hung up on me. Denied using my credit card when I have a bank statement to prove it. The owners name is Steve Warshak. This company is Berkeley Nutraceticals in Cincinnati Ohio.
