BERKELEY PREMIUM NUTRACEUTICALS - Lifekey ripoff I was billed before I had a chance to cancel AND I never recieved the product Cincinnati Ohio

First I want to strongly urge anyone who has had any run-ins with them to file a claim with the BBB,The Better Business Bureau and while you are on their web site check out BERKELEY PREMIUM NUTRACEUTICALS-Lifekey's realiability report and you will see they have had 'a lot' of reports filled against them.

I ordered the "free sample" of Avlimil. I gave my credit card info. and said "yes I understand that i am inrolled in a program and i need to cancel it". I wauited for over 3 weeks for the sample to be sent. When I recieved the sample pack I checked online one week later and saw that I was billed $70.00 for a product I never recieved.

I called them and went over and over my situation with them explaining to them i can not be billed for an item i never recieved nor did I have a chance to cancel this order before i was billed. She told me that I had 7 to 10 days to cancel my auto. membership from the day the item was shipped. I told her how was I supposed to know when it was shipped I am only aware of what I recieve and when I recive it.

BERKELEY PREMIUM NUTRACEUTICALS-Lifekey is the biggest rip off! I reported them to the BBB and i am currently waiting for a reply.
