Ordered a "free" sample and started being charged on my credit card. Cancelled shipments from them but was still receiving products and still being billed. Contacted company and informed them of my cancellation, but they claimed not to have any record of it. Cancelled a second time today but am being charged twice for a "previous order?" Do not know what to do. Could use some help.
