Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals ripoff, with a "Customer Care" phone number, but no one is home! Cincinnati Ohio

I discovered a website that I'm hoping will help. I used www.bpn.com, and then clicked on the first entry on the page, which was Berkeley Nutraceuticals.

That sent me to www.healthpowerusa.com, and a company name of CDH Enterprises. Further search into the Return Policy choice at the top of that page got me into their return policy statement and a form for submitting my request for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

Take note!!! Their return policy is extremely time sensitive, and, if manage to jump thru all their hoops, also involves a 15% re-stocking charge.

I just submitted my request and then came back to this site, so I can't confirm that this is going to work. Adding to the frustrations already suffered, their return policy instructions begin by saying "For internet orders...", and I did not order their products on the internet. But I still submitted my request for RMA#s.

Though not personally tested, other info gathered includes: returns@CDHenterprises.net, support@cdhenterprises.net, 1-800-404-4414 (M-F 9am-6pm EST), healthpowerusa.com, and the one that started all this, www.bpn.com.

Other addresses obtained: For returns, CDH Enterprises / c/o PMSI / 53 Robinson Blvd. / Orange, CT 06477. For regular mail, CDH Enterprises / 759 Bloomfield Ave., #340 / West Caldwell, NJ 07006.

I'll update this report with any news, good or bad.
