Ordered FREE sample from website. Had to pay for shipping. I do not recall seeing information stating that I would be charged $70 in 21 days. They say they offer a money back guarantee but when I called them they said they could not give me a refund and the money back guarantee was only good if I had already been on the program for 12 months. Phone Rep would not give me her name. They have no way of looking up cancellations that you may have made on their website. Keep the confirmation. File a complaint with the BBB. Lets get this Scam of a company shut down.

Wells Fargo phone rep told me over 600 calls a day re; Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals Rip-off

I called Wells Fargo's merchant billing error and fraud department to add more information to my claim. The phone rep told me that over half the calls they have been receiving have been for this companies (over 600 calls a day). They have just been issuing charge backs. I should have my $70 back by midnight tonight.
