Steve warshak is an a*s! He is the scum at the bottom of one's shoe. This man is such a con artist. He is a thief! Point blank!

The company has changed so muched over time.You know he is a real "SWINDLER" AND A HEARTLESS b*****d! Only a heartless man will involve his mother in a rip off scheme like BERKELEY. His workers are nothing but numbers. Not people. If you ask any worker that has been in the company(meaning the people that actually worked) have they seen this little critter. You'll here NO! He's such a con artist that he can't even face his workers.

He lies to his workers just like he expects the workers to lie to the customers. It's like working in a sweat shop in a foreign country, working for BERKELEY PREMIUM NUTRACEUTICALS. This manbought his entire family in on the scheme. SISTERS,COUSINS,IN-LAWS,NEPHEWS,NIECES AND WHO EVER ELSE MAY HAVE BEEN BREAD IN TO THE FAMILY!

He paid his family and close friends TOP $. some of them topping off @ close to $300,000.00 anually. While the people who actually do the hard work suffer through numerous pay cuts & screw ups w/ the pay. Through out my time at that Prison, everyone who did anything work suffered tremendously.

At one time representatives could sell like crazy,but the Company policy was NO REFUNDS! Steve didn't give a d**n. GET MONEY! SCREW THE CUSTOMER! That was his motto! Understand that there are some really good people that work for BERKELEY. Good hard working people that derserve a chance to advance.

I know alot of you may say why would good people work in a place w/ so may dis-honest tactics and beliefs? Well the job market in Cincinnati sucks,and the truth is we have families,and have to survive. Oh believe there were and still are alot of us that still do the right that do the right thing in dealing with the customers. Even if it cost us a write up or suspension! That's how that Scumbag operated. HE & HIS GOONS RAN THE COMPANY TO HELL! Each department in that company that has ono on one contact w/ customers have had over 30 different scripts. several different changes in the refund process,guarantees and all. (I STILL HAVE FRIENDS THAT WORK THERE, WELL DID UP UNTIL TODAY! THAT'S WHY I DECIDED TO WRITE)He never gave a d**n about his customers, worker either, only his family.

Some years back he got his self in the news media, by saying that he was going to build homes for the less fortunate.(it wa rumored that he received funding from Habitat for humanity) Don't know how true that is, but nothing is to be taken lightly when the sentence contains steve warshak & scheme in the same sentence. Any how this clown had homes built in a housing community where homes can cost $1million and up for his beloved goons(his family). Where were these needy families in need of a roof over their head & place to shelter ther children from the cold, like he put in the media information & in the information he had his gons pass around the company? this housing community houses some of Cincinnati's most elite people. from wealthy buisness owners to athletes etc. He purchased several of these homes for his goons and himself. That's one scheme! not to mention his home that was burnt down in the brush fires out in malibu. GOOD FOR HIM! Then the schemer then moved on to charging customers mutiple times, w/o telling the customer, which I heard he still does by the way! On so may occassions I wanted to tell a customer don't get involved with this company "IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOREVER" Will be back soon with swindle # 2! this could take a lifetime, but that Rat b*****d deserves to let the correctional officers in the prison allow his cellmate to take some VIAGRA OR LEVITRA AND LET THAT BIG HEAD MIDGET GRAB HIS ANKLES! NO VASELINE! ON FAIR HE GET IT LIKE HE GAVEIT TO THE WORLD!

I use to work for this company for several months and while I did not want to think it was a scam or deceitful in any way, the more I worked the more I could not help but to know something was wrong. The previous post is very true with no exaggeration. We did not have enough time to learn one script when we were handed another, then another. It seemed they were constantly changing the wording so we would explain our sales/refund policy to customers in such a way as to fully baffle them. The main thing was to get the sale. One time I was handed a new script right in the middle of a conversation with a customer and was told to change my wording immediately. It was crazy! That place by far was the most stressful and chaotic place I have ever worked.

I started in sales and thought maybe that was not for me so I tried my hand in customer service. That was a big joke! There were only a couple of people in that department when I went over to assist them. When they would actually answer a customer call, they would give them the complete run around about how to get a refund. Most of those call weren't documented in any way. Some customers would stay on hold for hours and call back several days trying to get through. Little did they know they only had a small handful of people to handle the many thousands of call we were getting and the chance of them ever taking to a live person was slim to none.

The statement was made that good people worked there (mainly call center) and that is true. We as employees only wanted to make honest money to provide for our families. We did not want to hurt or deceive anyone, but when any of us spoke out or asked questions, we were chastised severely. I cannot tell you how many people I saw that either got up and walked off the job voluntarily or was escorted off the property after a bitter disagreement. People were so afraid on a daily basis that they were going to be next to get the ax. We never knew what would prompt the action so we did not know how to avoid it.

I could go on and on but I think the point has been made. One evening while I was driving in for yet another shift of who-knows-what, I got very sick to my stomach. The closer I got to the job the worse it got and that's when I knew I had enough. I never returned back to work there.
