Berkeley Premium Pharmaceuticals ripoff Wilson North Carolina

I ordered a FREE SAMPLE of Avlimil in April 2004, which I received and DID NOT order Avlimil again. I used what I received and paid for, but yesterday (June 17, 2004) I received my checking account statement which showed a debt of $65.50 for Avlimil.

I decided I would send them an email, but was stunned when I saw that others have been RIPPED-OFF by Berkeley Premium NUTRACEUTICALS. I called the toll free number and spoke with Chris. He explained that I should have read the language when I ordered the FREE SAMPLE and this "... would not have happened."

He refused to refund my money, even though I told him I have NOT received for which I was charged. He said he could mail it to me now, but even if I don't want it, I will not receive my money back!

I urge everyone to read EVERYTHING before they place an order. I have learned this the hard way and I'd hate for someone else to experience this same situation.
