Berkheimer Tax Administrator WAGE GARNISHMENT AFTER PAYING TAXES AND SHOWING PROOF / EMBARRASSING AND HUMILIATING Lehigh Valley Pennsylvania

I am 66 years old.  I have been a professional employee for over 40 years.  I have always paid local and municipal taxes on time and before due date in order to receive the little discount.  Berkheimer Tax Administrator did not record my payments accurately.  They receintly garnished my little wage I get working part-time.  Previous to this I sent them my canceled checks of my payments.  To this date they are still insisting I owe them.  They gave me their record breakdown and I noticed they did not record my payments.

Something or Someone in the local goveernment needs to do something about this tax office.  If they cannot train their employees properly or the employees cannot be trained, then they should not employ them.  When someone sends in a payment with the tear-off slip from the billing statement, then it should be recorded accurately.

This has been extremely embarrassing and humiliating to me as I have never in my life had a wage garnishment.  And this case is just a case where people do not care about their job or the work they do.  These employees need to put themselves in the shoes of the people who are expecting their payents to be recorded accurately.  What if it were them who had their wages garnished because an employee did not record their payment accurate.

Again, I say something or someone needs to do something about this company now.  When contacting them yoiu get a different person every time.  I spoke to and received emails from:  Meghan, Nicole, Kendra, Crystal.  Finally I got a name of a supervisor and she always seemed to be in a meeting and never did get a call from her but oh yes, an email.  Well I was glad for the email but why couldn't she call a person who was so upset and distraught?  I mailed this supervisor my canceled checks and she said she did not receive them.  I mailed them to her with the envelope attention to her.  Of course she is CYA.  I am not stupid by any means.  I have worked as a manager and in many industries.  I do know my employees were trained well and accuracy was priority.
