Berkheimer Tax Associates Harassment, false tax claims, Bogus fees Bangor, Pennsylvania

This company has harassed my husband for long enough. They are trying to take money from him during the times he was living on an army base and deployed in Iraq. They even called him in Iraq while on mission to ask about his "failure to pay taxes". he did not fail to pay, because he was not living in Norristown for that specific time period.

They keep racking up fake charges that they claim are his fault for not paying but maybe they shouldn't haven't opened a false case from the get go. I have contacted them over 12 times and gave them information and was told "okay, you should be squared away and you don't have to worry about those taxes, we apologize" And then received another bill with more fees on it within the next few days.

This company needs to be investigated thoroughly.
