Berkley Financial RIPOFF Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I too fell prey to the scam artists....I'm ashamed to admit it but they took my husband and I for 3000.00. They used the same scam, 15000.00 loan, 6 monthly payments up front...The people we dealt with were..Michael Graham, James Goodman and Michael
Rivers. The canadian lenders were...Sylvia Berger and Deborah Macklin, and they also tried to use Sarah Cunningham. When we found out that these guys were fraudulent, I also asked for my money back, and I was told it would be sent FedEx. I kept calling them wanting to know where my money was, and of course it was coming...here we are 3 months later and I'm still waiting....I called all the proper authorities as well, I contacted the Federal Trade Commission, the Canadian authorities, Phonebusters, and the attorney general. I was asked to contact local media, to alert others, and out of all the people I contacted only 1 person responded and then they never followed up.

I did some research on my own, which I'm sure everyone else did and I came up with the following....The website was registered by Betteroff Networks, their email address listed was Domains@betteroff.net. The guy who "registered" this website is listed as Jason Harley, with another email addresss...berkleycomp@hotmail.com, with a phone number 647-921-5545. The address listed was 17 Linmyre Road, Sutton BC, CA...I called phonebusters and gave them this information, but I doubt it will help. We should do anything and everything we can to catch these scumbags...they don't deserve to walk free.....Anyone else consider hiring a PI to trach these losers down???
