If you, unlucky customer, got sucked into an unwanted auto enrollment plan by this morally bankrupt company, and keep getting charged on your credit card for unwanted or no shipments at all, maybe you could try what I did to reverse the charges. So far so good for me. I got no where with the rude punk kid of a customer (care?) rep on the phone after many fruitless days of trying to get ahold of them.

I was, however, treated to an enlightening lecture from him, about my needing to start learning to read and follow instructions better. Thank you very much Berkley. What I did was call my credit card company to dispute the charge for what I thought was a one time only free sample. I had the credit card rep call Berkley Premium Decievers while I waited on the line. She knew what to say to them for she had plenty of dispute charges with them in the past. No suprise. She then told me to mail back the unwanted shipments along with a terse yet tactful note saying I did not order the unwanted items.

I did so, and on my next months bill the charges were reversed, so far anyway, and hopefully no more of my dollars will go to help line Steve Warshaks pocket book. But what does Berkley care, there are plenty of other suckers out there to be had from where I came from. Thanks for nothing Berkley.
