I called to order the free sample of altovis. I did not agree to automatic shipments in the future. I received a second shipment of altovis, called to say I did not order it, they played about 3 seconds of a 9 minute tape where my single word "yes" has, in my opinion, been inserted in the tape at a place that makes it appear that I did agree.

The only thing that I said yes to was to answer her question asking me if she had explained their managed care program, I thought this was something she was required to ask, a way of covering her for not making sales; since she had spent 9 minutes trying to sell a variety of this company's products to me. They told me if I return the product, they will destroy it and will not give me a refund. They will not give a refund period. This has cost me an additional 70 dollars plus 4.95 shipping.. twice, for a total of 79.90.
