When the mortage company was going to foreclose on my house, they used Berkman, Henoch, Peterson & Peddy as their Lawyers. I was just at the tail end of closing on my house to pay it off.
Berkman, Henoch, Peterson & Peddy charged me $3000.00 when I closed. They knew I was closing on my house and had the date of the closing but still filed against me.
When my Lawyer contacted them, he was told that they did not go far with it and I would get alot of money back. The money they sent back was $185.00. Thats all they sent me.
Now I guess that means they can take advantagbe of anyone they want since they still charged me $2800.00 for doing almost nothing. A TOTAL RIPOFF.
Stay away from this firm because they are totally unethical in their practices. They take total advantage of people who are down on their luck.
