You do not want to continue to debate it because there is nothing to debate.  Likewise, you do not want to refute it because you can't.  It is all true, and to call me or anyone else that is spotlighting you and your business practices "insane", just goes further to spotlight how unprofessional and underhanded you really are.  You could not even come up with your alleged tax ID number and business license when people asked for it.  You answered them like a little child on the school yard "I will show them when I am good and ready to show them".  Yes, the epitome of professionalism you are Matt Heckman.

You wouldn't show them because you don't HAVE them.  Period.

I'm not even going to try to debate this insane woman anymore.  She can say all she wants, but I'm confident that people can see her for the liar she is.  This Loon will continue to make unfounded charges against me, and no matter what I do, she will continue to do so.

Anyone interested in finding out all about you, your work history and your nonexistant company Matt Heckman can find out all they need by a simple phone call to the Reading Police, the Berks County Sheriff's Department, the PA Court records and a simple Google search.  It is all there and it is comprehensive.

You didn't act in good faith regarding the blogger Merry Rozzelle or her 19 year old son.  You wove a intricate false story about them starting on January 11.  You continued for over a month until, I assume, you received the Rozzelle's attorney's letter.  Most of those emails that you published started in the very end of January, a good two weeks after your witch hunt began, so how you were acting in "good faith" regarding the false information that you were receiving is hard to muster since you had been blogging about it for a long time prior.  You had been after Merry Rozzelle and her blog since approximately July of 2009.  This latest and most sever round of stalking her started on January 11 after she posted a "farewell" post on her blog, telling her readers that she sold her blog and was moving on for the new year.  It was in that very thread that a poster placed the auction link showing that the blog was sold.  Then the new owner put a introduction post on her new blog stating her legal name.  It was then YOU started weaving an entire story that Merry Rozzelle was Jan Pavis, Jan Pavis' son Bob and Web Boy all in one.  Then you reversed it, saying that Torin Rozzelle was all of these people.  Jan Pavis happened to launch her new blog prematurely and had some of Merry Rozzelle's old links still on it and took a day or so to change them add in the fact that apparently Bob Schumck had a worm on his site, you used that opportunity to weave a sordid and month long criminal tale about Torin Rozzelle, Merry Rozzelle and David James, none of which was based in any truth or fact.  It was all your made up delusion.  You then proceeded to make videos of yourself to try and convince people of your claims, now slandering this family.  You placed them all over the internet where they sit today.  Good faith my a*s.  You also proceeded to do a blog talk internet radio show giving out the young man's full legal name and exact location. A young man that has never met you or done anything to you whatsoever.  You also stated in that show that the FBI was going to come and seize his computer and you stated that he was going to go to jail.  All of this you did with no proof or facts whatsoever.  All the while trying to sell your IT services and "Berks County Technology Consultants", an unregistered, unlicensed, uninsured "company".  You even when so far as to make merchandise to sell through Zazzle libeling Musings from the Moon, using the Rozzelle's legal names as tags for SEO - you did the same with the videos your placed all over the net.  So any time anyone, including potential employers Googled any of their names, all of your libel and slander to this innocent family would appear.

You stated on that show and on your blog that all Merry Rozzelle had to do was show you the proof of her bill of sale for the auction, yet you never gave a reason as to why a person that you have never met or talked to directly should give you her private papers regarding a private transaction with other people that you have never met and/or talked to.  What gave you the right to ask for that, let alone SEE it?  You had no right whatsoever.

You recently stated on your Blogtalk that you tried to contact Merry Rozzelle repeatedly to show you the bill of sale.  Again, why she would have any obligation to show you her private papers from her business affairs is beyond me, but you also never proved at all that you ever made that request.  Since you are fond of publishing private emails sent to you in trust, why don't you publish your own to Merry Rozzelle, including the source header.  I think people would be interested in that, although I highly doubt that anyone will ever see them because I am sure that they never occurred.

I later gave my opinion that there could be probable cause for the authorities to look into and that in my opinion that it could be possible that Merry and Torin Rozzelle are in this with Jan Pavis.  The e-mails that this person mentioned were made public, because the senders of those e-mails were simply working for Merry Rozzelle and they deserved to be exposed to the liars that they are.


Again, what gave you the right first off to every even ask someone that you don't know for their private papers?  And there you go again stating that Merry Rozzelle "defensively and aggressively" denied your requests for her private business affair papers.  If you even did contact her, which I would love to see proof of since I think you are lying through your teeth, tell us again why you should be privy to someone's private papers?  If you asked me for them, I too would tell you where to go more than aggressively.

Further, you were the one that started the virus scare, Matt Heckman.  No one but you.  Anyone that read your blog knew you started that weave on January 11, 2010.  I assume people have a complete copy of your blog, Matt Heckman, I being one of them, and it can be proved here if you like.  Here where you don't have the benefit of moderating or deleting the comments.  Also screen shots don't lie, Matt Heckman. 

So you state that you acted in good faith, yet you post the above a day ago, after stating on Blogtalk internet radio on February 13th that the Rozzelle's attorney attached the bill of sale for the auction.  YOU were the one saying that Jan Pavis and her screen name Pavis Moon was an alias of Bohemian Moon, Merry Rozzelle's screen name, going so far to state that this was proven on this very site.  It is not.  I have been through the entire section regarding readers and no where is that stated.  It is another one of your out and out lies that was fabricated be YOU and not your "readers".

You have yet to clear any of this up and continue to libel the Rozzelle's here.  That is hardly good faith.  As a matter of fact, last night you aired another Blog talk internet show and continued to slander them and other bloggers there.  How this is good faith, I don't know.

For anyone contemplating this man to do work for you, here is his character in black and white.  He has been in a lot of legal trouble and by the looks of things, he is in it deep now.

I am happy that this site is here.  For once Matt Heckman can't delete or moderate the comments to suit his twisted agenda.  All he can do is try, as always, to spin it.  Fortunately for us that have been stalked and swindled by him, have a fair and open forum to reveal the severely mentally unstable man he is and to clearly show how long he has been doing the twisted things he has.

The idea I have records at The Sheriff's department is comical.  Once again provide evidence of this.  Who did you speak to at The Sheriff's department?  I'm sure they would like to know that as well since nobody there received any calls about me.  I'm sure The Sheriff's Department does not take nice to people calling them with the intent to stalk an individual.

What is your problem?  Seriously?  This is severe stalking and it should be taken very seriously.  It is this type of behavior that makes me want to buy a gun, because I don't know who will try to stalk me next or even attempt to stalk my residence.  Your behavior has been proven that you are capable of physical violence.

I know this is all about Merry and Torin Rozzelle and the virus issue.  I think I have made myself clear enough times.  I acted in good faith based on what was in front of me.

I encourage anybody to see the comments from Ann Wilson who commented on other reports that have been filled with lies about me and you will see exactly who these people are that are making up these lies.

I have no idea why you would be shocked Matthew Heckman.  Every single claim I made here is true and can be verified by anyone with simple internet research skills and/or phone skills.  It is all there in black and white.

I urge anyone that is even minutely considering getting involved with this man or his business, do your research on him thoroughly, including research at the Berks County Courthouse and the Reading PA Sheriff's Office.

I'm quite frankly shocked at this last post.  I demand that this poster produce evidence of me doing ALL of these things.  I'm going to be contacting my local police department and The Attorney General, because what you are doing is simply criminal.

If anybody is stalking anyone it is you.

As people can see this has nothing to do with the original report and you are simply gasping at straws to discredit me.

I am a Reading PA local and very, very familiar with Matthew A. Heckman both on and off the internet.

Do you see how a customer made an actual complaint against Matthew and what does he do?  He uses his latest witch hunt delusion to try and counter this poor woman's legitimate complaint.

That is what Matthew Heckman does.  He stalks people, often to try and further some self economic interest.  He uses people and makes up crazy and insane stories about them, posts them on his blog and weaves it with his own sockpuppets until he thinks he can make some money off of it.  He has been doing this for years.  His latest attempt is no different.  I have been following it with interest and a bit of horror for almost a month.  There is another report on Rip Off that explains what Matthew has been up to for the last month.  When it looks as though the heat has been turned on him, he deletes his blog a day after moving it to a new template and upgrading it. 

From knowing Matthew over the years and being a victim of him too, I can only imagine that he has been contacted by an attorney and that is why he deleted his blog after upgrading it, thinking that was going to help him out of the legal mess I am sure he is in now.  He has done this before on numerous occasions as anyone can see if they do a Google search on him.

If you want to get an idea of the people that he has relentlessly stalked over the years, Google Dana Hoffman and AL Walentis, both former bloggers for our local paper, The Reading Eagle.  He has literally threatened Dana Hoffman's life both online and off.  He has stalked the Reading Eagle, the entire organization.  He has staked the Mayor of Reading, Thomas McMahon, the Reading Chief of Police, Bill Heim, numerous judges, the Governor of PA, Ed Rendell, the list goes on and on. 

He has also beat his wife causing her to go to a local women's shelter with their children, only to interview his young son Jacob on his Blogtalk show about how the shelter and child protection forced his young child to say negative things about him.  He even did an entry regarding it on his now deleted blog:

Matthew Heckman has been fired from every job he has ever had due to his actions online and off.  He has also had two bankruptcies, which is ironic since he blogs about leeches on the system all of the time.  So instead of paying his creditors off, he claims bankruptcy making everyone else's interest rates rise due to his own poor choices and lack of any business sense.

If Matt Heckman wants to continue to drag innocent people through the mud here, this local and I am sure more, will happily continue to tell you about Matthew's character and lack of business sense considering we know a great deal as we have watched it first hand for years and watched the major amount of legal trouble Matthew has put himself in. 

Lastly, he doesn't have a business license or registration for his company in the State of PA or in any other state as a foreign corporation.  He also has no insurance. Matthew A. Heckman is a paranoid pathological liar.  If that is the type of person that you would like to secure your computer needs to, then he would be your man. 

Based on the wording of this comment this is more in likely one of The Rozzelle's typing this, or one of their many cult members with aliases such as TVSnark, JenD, LisaK, 10Doll, Nina.

My company did nothing wrong and throughout this entire process we have helped out several people that have fell victim to the behavior of Jan Pavis and possibly Merry Rozzelle, and Torin Rozzelle free of charge.  Now I did get requests from people that wanted to tip my company's efforts and since I don't believe in just receiving without giving, I offered other services and merchandise at discounted rates to them if they decided to contribute.  I did this project without profit because lets face it we are in a very bad economy, and people don't have the hundreds of dollars to spare at Best Buy and The Geek Squad.  If anything we need more people to stand up to these Cyber bullies and terrorists.  Just like business owners would not condone criminal activity in front of their place of business as it would cause harm, we need to have that same standard in Cyber Space.  I will also attached screenshots to back up my point.

Matt led a witch hunt against an individual and proceeded to ruin her reputation.  He dragged her 19 yr old son into the situation and ruined his reputation as well.  Matt doesn't know if this person is guilty, and don't we live in a country that believes all are innocent until PROVEN guilty?  The individual did nothing to Matt and he attacked just for the sport of it.   If you read his blog you can see the whole saga in his own words. 

I am not 100% that this is why someone posted this report against him but I think it's a good guess.  Matt's own reply substantiates this theory. 

I would not trust this guy with my computer.  I would not trust him with my old Quiz Wiz.  He should not be trusted.

This report is completely baseless as this is an attempted smear of a group of Hactivists run by Torin Rozzelle and linked to known convicted felon Jeremy Hammond (just look up this guys name on wikipedia and you will see what I mean).  This is the result of a project my company undertook in regards to uncovering an identity theft ring run by Jan Pavis, and Torin Rozzelle, by using a site called bobschmuck.com which is presently laced with a virus for the purpose of stealing credit card information from its victims.

Plus my company does not do business in The State Of Virginia, and neither did we have any customer by the name of "Marcy"

This smear has been reported to the FBI and all other necessary authorities.

My company provides a great service to people in small business that normally can't afford a full blown IT Department, or afford the high costs of hiring through a staffing agency.

I personally look forward to the day when these smear artists are brought to justice.
