I am a former employee at Berkshire Capital partners, a tax resolution business in Boulder, Co. I worked there for no more than six days before I quit due to the nature of the business, it being grimy and me hearing many negative things towards the company from past clients and friends. I have not been paid my wages for the six days of work that I have done. I put in my demand for payment of wages and even have been in contact with the department of labor about the situation.
It was about 1-2 weeks ago a man from the department of labor told me they were in contact with my ex employer, I still have yet to receive my money earned or even have heard from the company. I am really starting to get irritated with the whole situation and don't know what to do. This company is full of scandalous people including the Mr. Joe Laughlin who promised me I would be paid when I started.

Since I cannot take my report down, I would like to state that BERKSHIRE Financial Partners after two months has paid me my wages due, They wanted me to take down my post from this sight but I guess you can't. The company told me they didn't pay me because they had the wrong address on my check, what I want to know is if this is true and they had my check this whole time then why did they not return any of my calls or try and contact me to pick up the check. Joe Laughlin was not the one that I should have been angry with, he has nothing to do with the checks. Either way i FINALLY got paid my money and I am satisfied.
