BERKSHIRE GREEN INC VACATION RENTAL SCAM WYOMISSING PA

Contacted by Fred Henderson in December 2017 of Regal-M to rent our Mexican timeshare.  David Christensen was the supposed "broker" at Regal-M that was using a closing agency called Berkshire Green Inc. (Wyomissing, PA) with an escrow agent named Benjamin Miller.  They wanted us to prefund Maintenance, 8% commission, escrow agent fee $1499, legal fee $5900, 25% Tax Lien, 12% Excess income fee, 11% Bank Trust fee, and YES even a US Customs fee and we would be reimbursed all out pocket expenses plus the rent due upon closing.

  They were very convincing until they made numerous BIG mistakes.  These guys are THIEVES.  There is no building for Berkshire Green Inc. - 1154 Berkshire BLVD is nonexistent.  Other names associated with these crooks are Luis Gonzalez, Gerry, Christopher, Greg C, Brandon Parker, Emma Taylor, Corporate Escrow LLC and KONCEPT EVENTS LLC.   ALSO SEE REPORT BY FRED CRESPO.  that is their exact scheme.
