This scam ridden group of people will offer you a wonderful debt/equity finance package. You will get very excited and your dreams of your project will seem witin reach. Then the truth comes out. They will ask you to obtain Bonds, they will ask for "completed bonds" they will not help you with questions, terms, definitions... nothing. They will ask you to obtain Bonds that are impossible to obtain and some are not legal in the USA.

They will give you a list of Bonding companies that are willing to help. Trust me... the second you tell any A+ rated company that you are working with Berma... they will tell you to run. Even when you do ask the rude, disrespectful, uneducated, loan officer and president at Berma for help, they will send you "copies" of sample bonds. The sample bonds that they send you will then be denied by them as not "not apporpriate" or "unacceptable" even though they gave you the sample and even though you worked directly off the sample.

They run the company with no process or standard operating procedures. They will take your deposit and you will never see it again. The final straw... they will turn the tables on you and accuse you of fraud and lying. Ruin your reputation and never return calls or emails. They are a scam and will lead you down a deadend road... I pormise. You will not get funded and you will be out of your deposit. Several people have been scammed by them and we all have the same story. Be careful and don't fall into the trap. Not to mention you will receive the meanest most condesending emails. They're a group of spineless, soulless, heartless, scum.
