I ordered a pendant on 7/28/08 and received an email verification of the order. I then waited the 3 to 6 weeks for delivery they stated it would take - delivery never happened.
I called 10/4/08 and was told the order was there and she apologized and processed the order again. I was billed $326.60 to a credit card on 10/7/08 so she was paid for the item then.
I waited again for delivery - it never happened.
I wrote a letter in mid-December to try to find out what happened and to either receive the item or a reimbursement - no response.
I emailed in early January - no response.
I have called and left detailed messages twice - no response.
I am now working with my credit card company to get reimbursed.
