Dan Tam promised me that Bernard Haldane and Associates would provide me with numerous contacts that they had with employers. He also told me that upon being hired by one of these employers, the employer would reimburse me for my fees, stating that prefered this over paying large fees to a recruiter.
I have not received the names or phone numbers of any contacts, despite requesting this information from Haldane. I have also not received any contact from employers as a result of my resume being posted on Haldane's "Career 2000" website.
Dan Tam has not responded to my request for a refund. Dan Tam seriously misrepresented to me the services that his company could or would provide.

Take Dan Tam to small claims court immediately. It usually costs less than $35 to file a claim and you get that back if you win your complaint, which you should in this case. Print off all of the Bernard Haldane complaints from this site and take them to court with you to show the history of the company. Call BH them and tell them what you intend to do. Do not settle for partial repayment of your money--they owe it ALL back to you.
Also, consider printing off some of the Bernard Haldane complaints from this site and taking them to your local police department. Ask if its enough probably cause to charge the office with theft by deception.
