Bernard Haldane Associates: Create more pain on unemployed people ripoff San Jose California

After I read couple reports from Bay area, CA, I wrote a letter to BHA office with attached reports. Mr. Pollock contacted me and told me Marcel is a complete lie and Luis has withdrawn his complaint and "Ripoff" ignored his request.

I have agreed all the stories told which actually happened to me. I was promised the "hidden network", and " will take 2-3 months to get you a job pays $75,000 up" " we have connections of top management of the companies..." I was in 6 months unemployed after I signed up with BHA. No Video Camera taped and my consultant never offered to me. When I asked, he told me "if you want to, we can do it now" I did not accept offer due to running out of time. ( I had 55 min. session each time and I ran out of time when he offered ). He never mentioned it again.

My consultant never changed or edited my resume, it was written by professional writer I hired. My consultant canceled my appointment couple times for personal reasons. I should realize it was just a scam, but, I could not believe they would take my money and not helping me, an unemployed woman.

I asked my consultant to provide me with the list of contacts. He promised and did not provided to me, I kept asking for 2 weeks, finally he gave me a list with junior positions. Nobody is as big as promised. I called everyone on the list, only one lady was willing to meet me. I sent a mail to my consultant and asked him to contact these people for me, I never heard anything from him since.

I did ask for refund and was rejected. Now, I am seeking for anybody from this area who would like to take legal action with me, I have one person is willing to join me and I need more. if you do, please respond to this mail and I will contact you.
