Berndard Stilwell Architects in UK Work From.. Harassment scam.. NY

I was offered this work from home job through odesk.com. It seemed legit. I looked up the company and everything. They even had a contract for me and everything. There were two men one name Bernard and one name James. Bernard was the one who hired me whereas James was like a supervisor. It may be that they are the same person. I have no idea. It was suppose to be for a virtual assistant position. Then I don't hear from them and on (9.10.13) they called me 56 times. They want me to receive from some man in Ny and transfer to some man in South Africa from western union and take $150 for myself.

That's when I was like this is a scam. I told them nicely I don't feel comfortable withthe job and they tthreatened to say if I don't do it I can be sued since I'm in contract and i will be breaching it. He threatened in an email to say if I don't email him back I am making a wrong decision and I don't want to be sorry. This seems unethical due to the nature of the job and what they want me to do is illegal. I spoke with oDesk and they said cut off ties with them.

They also said aince it was a scam i cannot be sued even thpugj the company tried saying that they atent a scam multiple times. They also said there are other individuals complainig about this employer. The company rep was based in California but when I blocked his number he spooffed it towards my area code all the way in mass. . Not sure what I should do. I haven't emailed them back and they know I won't pick up their calls. Should I just wait till it blows over or do they really have means to sue me even though it was part of money laundering etc.
