Bernie and phyls furniture Completely lied to just to get a sale. We Purchased what I was told was a top of the line REAL leather sofa set but really it's dis coloring and ripping at seam on seats we don't even use Nashua Massachusetts

 I was interested in an authentic leather sofa set because the last one we had was faux and discolored. We went to Bernie and Phyls in Nashua, NH and liked a sofa set that was in their clearance room. The salesman came over to us and we explained that we did not want faux leather due to the diacoration. He assured us that the sofa set we liked was indeed real authentic leather. He stated that it was final sale, but we stated if it's in fact authentic leather then we shouldn't have an issue and it sounds like a good deal so we purchased it. Well, not even two months later we noticed discoloration on the middle seat of the large sofa, where no one has ever sat. We called the company who refused to help us. They wanted to offer us $150 credit to shop in their stores. Another month goes by and the fabric is coming apart at the seams on another seat we don't use. It's oy my wife and I and two infants at the time who live in our house. My infant kids don't sit on the couch and my wife and I always sit in our same seats. It's absolutely a rip off when it comes to salesman telling consumers that their products are authentic when they are not!
