Best Buds Society is a Scam

The raids was the first step to stopping this deceitful organization from society that has tarnish the dispensaries image nation-wide. As you may know, the month of March was when Regina Police Services entered with legal warrant and seized product being sold by Best Buds Society on several separate occasions. While some employees were arrested, the Owner(s) Pat Warnecke was not, and is the King Pin behind this false store-front. As I can list pages of information regarding Pat and some of his henchmen (put together by those that grew up with him or worked for him), I will make it brief.  He is a drug dealer for well over decades. This means he was selling illegal drugs to non-patients. This included Cannabis, Opiates, stimulants, Synthetic club drugs, etc.  His connections run deep into gangs, thugs and underground movement and those that bought these drugs from him can confirm this. Has anyone been harmed or fatality injured by these drugs; high possibility.

His claim that he, his brother Craig and other co-conspirators runs a ‘for patient’ business is further from the truth. Simple investigations will show red flags. They purchase poor grade cannabis and mark it up. Possibly spraying for added effects. Business is still conducted for these other drugs behind the scenes and for special clients to this day.  His past and current lifestyle is still using ‘hard drugs and taking large dosage of dabs to counter out the stimulants. On numerous occasions Pat ‘Pays for Sex’ within the illegal Sex Trade, in multiple cities and provinces. Many working girls and strippers can confirm this in SK, AB, even here in B.C. In addition, many Cannabis growers and companies here in B.C. will not affiliate themselves with him and his business. Turning him down and anyone that is affiliated to him. Operating dispensaries here have history of conducting business professionally and with industry understanding standards and can be publicly looked into; BBS has no proof of industry standard.  His properties  are in various people’s names, toys and ‘other’ drugs paid all by ‘patient’s money’.

His consultant Steward Martin is also a swindler. His claims that Doctors, politicians, police, courts, and general people are all misinformed and he has the answers.  Where is his credentials? Spouts the same information you can get on Pro-Cannabis sites worldwide. Can you imagine the world without professionals and post education degrees graduates? Want just anyone to perform surgery on your family, represent you in court, run a town or city, or to protect and serve the people? Do your own research, contact this Stu Martins, and better yet go to a consultation and record his sessions and chances are its all-public information.  Dispensaries, health centres, and smoke-shops all around the world provide similar products; they do not have someone doing a razzle, dazzle speech claiming a cure for a million ailments, then pushing them to buy particular items from just BBS, and if difference of opinion happens he is quick to put others down.  This is called a quack, charlatan, a snake oil salesman.

As much as we believe in Cannabis, there is several ways of getting your medication. You all should be looking at the overall picture. Best Buds claims their product is untainted unlike LP’s? How do they prove this? Especially because it comes from unregulated growers? Think about that for a moment. You are placing trust in street dealers with storefronts buying from the same places a street dealer gets their product from. Infused or edibles is an example. What else do they put in these? Do you really know if someone, urinated, laced with acid, poison or even put fentanyl in them?  It is near impossible to lace Regulated Cannabis grown under Health Canada’s guidance, than 'independent growers' in open fields, basements, underground labs and who knows where else? People die everyday from tainted health products, why risk your life, would you give unregulated medicine to your child?

The LP’s are not perfect but give them time. Did hospitals appear out of thin air with all the technology to save lives?  Current regulations is not perfect but at least you know the next time you may not be consuming a product that has no quality control.  Best Buds Soceity's Actions are harming other business and community including youth programs. People need to be more aware and less selfish, it is not always about you, look at what its affecting.  Great option is to learn how to grow this yourself or find others. Would that not be a better community of people helping people without taking something in return? Do not continue to buy from known Drug Dealers, it may cause more harm to your health.
