I purchased two 7" astar LCD digital frame from them which arrived in two to 3 day from the date of order. But there was no remote control included, I didn't really care too much about it, but when I realised that I need them to start slide show and there was no other way of doing it I sent them an e-mail which they didn't respond, I sent another e-mail again no answer. I tried to call them few time the phone would ring but no one would pick it up, I started becoming suspicious and when I searched the net I found another person tried to contact them with no success.
