I ordered a set of clubs on March 12, 2009. It is now June 13, 2009, three months later. I have contacted them serveral times about the timing of my order just to have someone tell me that my order would be shipped no later then the end of that week. The first time I contacted them, I was told one part for one the clubs that I ordered had to be back odered. The next time they told me that the parts had been recieved and that my clubs were in production and would be sent by the end of the week. That was in April 2009. I contacted them by phone every 2 weeks just to have the same answer given to me , "you will have them by the ed of te week". Like I said it has now been 3 months and my online account with Best Buy Golf Supply says that my order is still being processed.

Dear Valued Customer, First I would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that I have caused you or your family. I feel terrible for not responding earlier and staying on top of any issues that arose that should have been handled in a professional manner. We have been having supplier problems since 2004 as we distributed products for many different manufacturers. We should have communicated better with you and for that i am very sorry we did not. We were growing so quickly we did not have the man power to take care of everything the way it should have been which is my fault i should have brought on more help. I just wanted to reply to everyone that was affected and publicy apologize for the inconvenience we caused. I wish everyone a wonderful holiday season with your family.

You are a head case. You are a liar. This is the first email you have responded to. My order was never terminated, you just you just don't know how to fulfill your part of a sales agreement. All you got is a belief that you have been in business for fifteen years, which is probably a lie also. You ask anyone in law enforcement, you show me a liar and I will show you a thief. A liar and a thief are also afraid to face the truth, which is why you always refuse to identify yourself. Thank God that the order did not go through because your equipment is probably just like you , a piece of garbage.

Hopefully this information will make it to others who are considering using this company. This company will not answer email, Lies about their products and quite frankly running a scam. You can not even get on their website and make the same order I had made. Ken, even you will eventually weap what you sow.

The rep who would not idntify himself, promised that my clubs had been finished and would be sent out on Friday the 19th and would arrive 3-5 days. He also thannksed me for being so patient and I told him thankyou.
This is Tuesday evening 6/23/09 and I just checked my online account with them and it says my order is canceled. Go figure, we will repost this Friday to see if the clubs arrive or what.
