I placed my original order on the morning of 03-July-07 and received a partial shipment on Thursday 09-August-07! I was assured that the remainder of my order was on it's way and I should be receiving them by Monday or Tuesday of the following week. I'm still waiting!!

The man does not respond to e-mails or phone messages and, because he wants your business, tends to be dishonest. He does not provide order status, shipping information, nor did he provide a packing slip with the partial order I did receive. I would not recomment doing business with this person, this is, by far, my most undesirable online transaction.

Sir we do not have a customer by the name of Woofy? We are a volume company and the amount of business we do far out weighs are complaints. You may have the wrong company? If you have been inconvenienced by us we are very sorry we do our very very best at accomodate every customer. We are at times at the mercy of other foundries and manufacturers if they are back ordered on a item we are at the mercy of the manufacturer.
