Best Buy offered 0% for 6 months. I took advantage of the offer , and what a mistake!

after making every payment on time for 5 months
through my Bank's auto bill pay, I paid off the account early, prior to the 0% expiration date. The bank that BBuy uses for this scam is HSBC. HSBC claims that they never received my 5th paymt,even though my bank has sent them proof of paymt 3 times, they refuse to acknowledge the Pymt. They also will not send you confirmation of faxed receipts! They are currently damaging my credit and there is nothing that can be done to stop this consumer trap!
