BEST BUY HSBC CREDIT HSBC RIP OFF San Jose, California

Credit account fee's being charged for weasel like reasons, they shifted the payment schedule to 26 or 28 days. They add on $10 fee's over and over, and when you catch them they say they will refund it but never do.

I called and paid them off in "full" and they said they closed the account as I requested.

Then a few days later I got another bill for 28 cents...and another $10 fee.

They said the account had accrued 28 cents and they couldnt close it until paid in "FULL" again!!

Then they charged $10 fee again for late fee or something.

I called and cussed them out, they again said they accepted the 28 cent payment and balance to $0 but could not refund the $10 fee.

I demanded they close the account again, but they said they already had. 

But its like talking to a Liar. All they're help in some sweat shop in India and they dont care. They just keep billing you forever it seems and there is no way to force them to shut down the account.

I dont' know what to do really other than list them here and hope no one else makes a deal with this Devil.
