I purchased a Cadillac in May at Best Buy In Town Auto Sales. I shopped around for the model i wanted and they had it. I purchased a standard Guardian warranty with them. I called the company a month later and they said it was a powertrain. Best Buy tried to cover this up but they finally sucummed to the pressure. They were two months late getting my plates to me because i made a stink about the warranty. When i pulled up out front the warning signs were all there but i was blinded by the car i wanted. We settled on a price ,all paperwork was signed. I walked out the door and George says there was a problem with the bank,we went back in and i signed another contract for another point on my interest rate. They masked numerous problems with the car and were very rude. I filed a report with the better business bureau a couple months ago. Stay far away from this place. There are plenty of reputable dealers out there.
