I paid for two refurbished vending machines on 2/8/2005. Check was cashed on 2/14/05 and was promised they would be ready in two to three weeks. It is now 3/22/05 and they are not ready and I can not get a time frame as to when they will be, if at all. No one, Including the owner, Craig Sheeter will return phone calls.
Dennis and Jarod are both complete liars and incompetents. The sales manager, Jerry, conveys himself as caring but he is the same as the rest in not returning phone calls. If and when I do get ahold of someone they tell me they will call the warehouse in Chicago and I am left on hold for lng periods at a time, disconnected or told they will call me back. Of course no one does and I have to call. I have called daily 2/11/05 at least three times a day. This place is totally unethical and their customer service, obviously, is a scam.
Once they get the money, which they require up front, they do not care from that point. They refuse a refund and will not discuss it. Watch this place and do not do business with them.

I dont know who Randy is, but Best Buy Vending also ripped me off. My name is attached to this, but i am not sure why. I'd like to have it removed from the title

Sales Managers name is Gary not Jerry and he now refuses to speak to me although he had promised to rectify the situation. He states it is the sales reps problem. I thought Sales Managers were in that position for a reason. Guess that does not apply to this company. As of 4/1/2005 I am still waiting for delivery and a refund is not even a consideration as far as they are concerned.
