Best Buy Motors, LLC Sold a car with a purported warranty from C.A.R.S. which had no warranty at all, refused to reimburse money for repairs Internet

Edgar, the rep at BEst Buy Motors in Louisville is a con artist who sold a car that supposedly had a warranty underwritten by C.A.R.S. As part of the sales agreement, the supposed warranty came with the car covering the powertrain. A few days after purchase, the check engine light came. Edgar assured us it was nothing major and to bring the car back. Before doing so, we called C.A.R.S. about our "warranty", only to find out we didnt have a warranty at all. Edgar has deflected answering questions about the warranty because of the impending legal action Best Buy Motors is faced with. We had to have the tranny replaced on a foreign car, $3000.00, Best Buy has paid nothing. Do not even entertain buying a car from this crook. They are experts at re-setting engine lights and codes. Look at other complaints on the internet- we sure wish we had.
