In january 16 i went to best buy to buy a new laptop for school, one of the best buy tech aprroach and ask me what i was looking for i replied a portable laptop in the price range of the 700.00 to 800.00 dollars, he suggested me the asus model U52F with the geek squad setup to make sure everything was running ok and to make sure that it works to its full potential, the price of the asus laptop by itself was 630.00 dollars and a extra 69.99 dollars for the geek squad pc setup.  During the first week i only run into few errors i didn't think too muck of it, them i didn't use it for a few weeks because i also own a dell laptop which i use for work only and since i didn't start school yet the supposely new asus didn't have to much use by me, on february 20 i had multiples errors everytime i tried it to start it, i decided to call asus support team and the computer technician name Amir ran a check thru my asus laptop and noticed that the computer they sold me as new computer wasn't new at all actually it has problems going back to july 29 of 2009, and at the same time if supposely i pay and extra 69.99 dollars for geek squad looks like a service that i didn't receive, because on top of it it has problems errors and warnings during the time it was in their stores for a total of 615 errors all of them recorded on the computer and i still have them recorded as proof, the asus computer tech suggested me to go back to the store where i bought it from and have it replaced since i was sold a computer that wasn't new and charge for a service that i dind't receive, i went to one of the stores the one closes to me since is a franchise it shouldn't be a problem i spoke to their store manager and explained everything to him and requested it a new one with the service i had pay the geek squad setup, he replied that it was a favor that he could do but he wasn't going to do that for me instead he told me go to the store where you bought it and see what they can do for you because i can't do anything for you, i replied to him isn't these one of best buy stores he said yes but not the one where you but it at again you are asking me for a favor that i could do for you but i won't do it, them i ask for his name and left the store

Can't or Won't

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, February 21, 2011

Ronny is it that you can't understand it or won't understand it because it involves Best Buy.  While it isn't the easiest report to read.  Compared to other reports on this site this one seems quite clear as to what they think the problem is.  In fact this one has two of the common Best Buy complaints.

This person bought a "new" computer from Best Buy, they were charged a $69.99 for "Set-Up" to make sure that everything was running okay.  Then within the first week it started to have problems so they called ASUS.  ASUS said that they have had support calls on that Laptop going back to July 2009.

He tried to take it back to Best Buy as ASUS suggested.  They did take it to a different Best Buy than the one they bought it at.  So that Best Buy tried a couple of things but refused to help them anymore.  Instead suggesting they take it back to the original store.

Sorry that it's not your requested 30 words or less....But can you figure out what they did wrong?

...just from trying to read this report. No one on EARTH can comprehend such a run on sentence.

I have stated on this very website time and again, that I do not base the validity of a report on grammar, punctuation, spelling or writing style...but this is taking it to a new level,.

Can you please kindly explain again being conservative in say 30 words or less, explain what Bestbuy or GeekSquad did wrong?
