Best Buy does not honor their rebates. For example I bought a D-Link Router and D-Link USB adapter advertised at Best Buy, for $20, ($90, with $70 in rebates).

However, they divide the $70 into 4 different rebate slips. After 8 weeks, they only sent me 1 of the 4 slips, for $10. They then asked me to resubmit the rebates, along with all documentation, because only 1 rebate is allowed per family.

This is clearly a pre thoughtout plan to decrease the amount of people who collect on Best Buy's rebates. Best Buy's strategy is to force consumers to spend $120 in time to collect $60 in rebates.

Best Buy is no better than common rip off artists. You should never buy from them.
