Every month when I go to pay my best buy charge on time I'm made to pay a $27 fee and every month I have to call to find out why I'm being charged this amount.  Well today I spoke to the supervisor Linda from Idaho BBBS05{after not getting anywhere with the phone worker I was talking to} and she said that my payment was late and that was a late fee.

However, I always pay my account on time before the due date and she said that "I didn't make it directly to the official site and I went through my bank site" when I read off on my billing statement what the website was that I went on bestbuy.accountonline.com she agree that, that was the site "but I made the payment through a bank site" So I told her why do you have another site on your website that offers people a different indirect way to pay? that is misleading especially since that payment site holds the payment until it is late!  Plus I told her that the late payment is actually $37 and what I was charged was not a late fee but just a fee $27.

When I told Linda that I wanted to speak to her supervisor she said that she was the highest in authority there so I said let me speak to the president then she said "I can give you his address" I said no I want to speak to him now! Linda refused and said that she would have someone contact me in a few days.

These people are dishonest to the core and they are operating using usury which was against the law back in the 1920's with Al Capone but now is being used on a daily basis to confiscate money from unsuspecting people like myself.  So when I made a $50 payment 27 was subtracted from that meaning I only had made $23 toward my balance the rest was confiscated by best buy.

Please if there is anyone out there that can help me I would appreciate it plus I am trying to contact the commissioner of that state to see if anything can be done about these practices because this is highway ROBBERY!
