11/24/2014 purchased a $917.97 item from Bestbuy. Signed up for their Credit Card with the promise that I would be getting 10% back in REWARD certificates for the 1 purchase made that day. The 10% rewards offer is printed on the bottom of the receipt. I have paid the whole balance on the CC.

01/21/2015 so far I have only received $45.00 back. I have called numerous times and get a different story & promise each time. I am done. I have cut up their credit card. Next purchase I make I am using my Discover Card which I can rely on.

Best Buy has lost my convidence and interest in doing business with them in the future. Rip off !
