President Alex Gersh of Best Choice Auto Transport agreed to provide shipment of a vintage exotic car from Las Vegas to San Diego in the amount of $450.00. The payment was provided in full. The car was picked up by Diamond Towing and they stated they would need to be paid prior to delivering the car. Spoke with Alex Gersh and he stated he couldn't pay the driver due to his inability to make it to the bank. He stated I should pay the drivers and he would send me a refund check. Haven't heard from him since. He does not answer phone calls or E mails. I may be out a large sum of money. I am in the process of taking legal action. Please be aware of the business practices of Best Choice Auto Transport.

Alex went so far as to E mail a photo copy of the refund check and the tracking number receipt to us. The check bounced due to insufficient funds. Beware of the business practices of Best Choice Auto Transport.
