Best Choice Plumbing Deceptive Immoral practices Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I called the office and stated I wanted 2 shutoff valves replaced, utility sink, bath tub faucets repaired, and pipe solder in gas house heater repair. The office said they would send a plumber out to give me an estimate.

The plumber came out and I showed him everything I needed done. We negotiated a price of $900.00, however when he was finished, he did not repair the bath tub faucets, claiming that was not included in the price. Something he neglected to tell me before he started the job.

The faucets were the hardest to fix. He should have deducted $300 from the bill, but charge me the full $900. A few days later, another plumber from another company came and fix the faucets for $300.
